Very unsatisified with both product and seller

I purchased a mug just like this in the grocery store and my son loved it. The dog got a hold of it, and unfortunately it was no longer available at the grocery store when I went back. I was very excited to find it on get, even though it was slightly more expensive. I went ahead anyway because my son loved it so much. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THE SELLER unless you want to get ripped off. I ordered the "Sip-a-mug PACK" from Harmony Direct but instead of the three colored mugs featured in the photo and the description, I was sent a single clear mug with a green cap. Clearly false advertising, but company refused to rectify the situation and instead claimed that the description says that you will only get one clear mug with a colored cap. It does say that...NOW...after I already wasted $8.98 on a single plastic mug.
I will never purchase from this seller again, since they change their product descriptions in response to complaints rather than honoring what they advertised. I wish I could give the seller 0 stars.

Really like these mugs!

These light-weight and BPA free and easy for the kids to handle due to the built-in straw on the side - however, the lids do not screw on tight and I find the children can chew the ends to pieces. If you can keep them from doing that, and keep the cups from tipping over, then they great.

Melted in the dishwasher. Have used similar cups for my son with special needs for years and had no problems. These cups garbage.
