Do not purchase this product!

I was really excited when I saw the Naomi Gourmet Kitchen on get. As a Prime member I was hesitant when I realized it was sold by a third-party seller. On December 11th I decided to around it anyway as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The estimated delivery time was between December 19 and December 24th. I contacted the seller and I was ured that it would be well before Christmas Eve as it would need to be embled.
No such luck. It arrived on December 24th and upon opening the outer packaging we discovered it was broken! Broken wood was inside the box. I am almost certain it had to have been packaged in that condition because the outside box was fine.
I contacted the seller on December 26th and I was asked to upload photos of the item. After uploading the photos the emailed me requesting more information. I answered all of their questions and they said they would start an investigation with the carrier. I ured them that it could not have been the carriers fault because the outside packaging was intact. No damage whatsoever, only the inside was torn at the corners.
It is now January 1, I contacted them yesterday regarding the replacement status as well as being compensated for my inconvenience. The original item is still on my bedroom floor, and my daughter still doesn't have her kitchen,. I received an email today from O.J Commerce only offered a $10 credit and they have had my money since December 11th. That is unacceptable. I will be filing acclaim with get about this issue. They should not be part of the Marketplace.

I ordered this product as a Christmas present so I haven't embled the pieces yet. However, I have gone through the box and looked at the pieces to make sure all was in order because of the not so great reviews I saw online. Everything seems fine except for one of the stove pieces is cracked. I am trying to get a replacement part in time for Christmas but am having trouble because the website listed on the warranty is still under construction which is ridiculous. Other than that I am hopeful this will be a good product. The shipping was another story. The product came way later than promised and I was very disappointed by that since I have never had issues with get shipping before. Good thing I happened to order earlier than needed. If I have any major issues when I emble this kitchen I will update my review.
Update: I went to the seller OJ Commerce and notified them of the broken part and within the hour they emailed me back saying they shipped the replacement part!

The box arrived looking very bashed in and in poor condition. It is very hard to emble and pieces don't fit together. I'm not sure what it's made out of - I would not suggest pouring water anywhere near this - the materials would probably damage with water.
Still working on putting it together - I'm not sure I'm going to keep this, I would rather get my daughter a playkitchen that is a better quality.
