Works as advertised, just not helpful for me

These work exactly as advertised; however, they allow the door to open enough that my 9 month old can get his fingers pinched in the drawer or door. And he does pinch his fingers all the time! I switched to the magnetic style lock so that he can't get the door open at all. Would work better maybe for older children who less likely to slam little fingers.

Keeps Cat's out of Cupboards!

After looking at a few options I decided to install these to keep our cat from pulling things out of the cupboard when we're not home. We realized we needed something when he got into the snack cupboard and shook a bag of sunflower seeds ALL OVER THE HOUSE, including all the bedrooms. After laughing and vacing it up I got these locks, installed them about a year ago and have had no more incidents since. Works Perfectly!

Child safety lock.

I have this on the cabinets in my kitchen, on the ones that on the bottom. They work pretty well, but after awhile my little guy figured out how to just push it down so that it opens up. I wouldn't recommend if you're trying to child proof from toddlers.
