Love the ability to print recipes in Word, save/modify, and go forward. Enough for variety but not too much. Not intimidating. An experienced cook and mother, so the recipes very practical and some very eloquent. Audio tips nice. Great to be able to print out recipe; and do it again--clean--without messing up a cookbook.
